12 questions

Good questions,
slow answers.

  1. The Complete HOGS Manali Experience is best for honeymooners, families and first-time visitors. Its style: Classics + offbeat + villages + mountains + HOGS.

For first-time Manali guests who want everything: the local classics, the high-mountain circuit, and the quieter valleys, with HOGS at both ends.

  2. Not very. Every HOGS journey opens with a slow arrival and closes with a slow morning, so the days in between are not stacked back to back. Some days are deliberately kept light, and the higher-mountain days stay flexible with the weather.

If you would like more or less on your days, say so in your enquiry and we will talk it through.

  3. Yes, that is what it is for. Over seven days it moves from the Manali classics to the high-mountain circuit, and then to Soyal, Sajla, Sethan, Hamta Valley, Naggar, Rumsu and Jana, with HOGS at both ends.

WHAT MAKES THIS A HOGS JOURNEY

VAATAAVARAN / वातावरण

Not a tour.
A way of travelling.

  1. Slow mornings

No sightseeing alarm. Breakfast with mountain views comes before anything else.

  2. Offbeat villages

Orchards, forest paths and streams, explored on foot rather than from the window of a car.

  3. Coffee at the cafe

Days begin and end at Cafe DO NTHNG, right downstairs from your room.

  4. Time with the hosts

Evenings with the people of HOGS, over a warm cup and good conversation.
